For Time of My Life App (TOMLA)
Grant of License
This End User License Agreement ("Agreement") is a legal agreement between you ("User" or "You") and Time of My Life App, LLC ("Company," "We," "Us," or "Our") regarding your use of the Time of My Life mobile application ("App"). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement. If you do not agree to these terms, do not download, install, or use the App.
Licensor hereby grants to Licensee a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Application solely for personal or organizational purposes, in accordance with the terms and conditions of this Agreement.
The Application may be installed and used on up to one (1) device owned or controlled by the Licensee.
License Restrictions
You agree not to:
Modify, reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App.
Rent, lease, lend, sell, sublicense, redistribute, or otherwise transfer the App.
Use the App in any unlawful manner or for any unlawful purpose.
Use the App in a way that interferes with its normal operation or with the use of the App by other users.
User Eligibility
The App is intended for individuals aged 8 years and older or individuals who have obtained consent from a legal guardian. Users with cognitive impairments are advised to use the App under supervision when necessary.
Permissions
The app may request the following permissions:
Camera: to capture profile images or related media.
Photos/Media Library: to upload profile images or related content.
Microphone: to record or use audio-based features.
Notifications: to send reminders and important updates.
You can manage permissions from your device settings.
